Non-exclusive mandate

Bear in mind, though, that this brings with it the risk of undermining the uniqueness of your property; indeed, you risk various agencies concomitantly sharing communications about your property in a discordant way, creating a sense of â€œdéjà vuâ€ and misgivings in potential buyers.
