In a new eco-responsible district, a PPE building with 40 apartments has emerged from the ground to offer its future residents the comfort of modern life.

This 3.5 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it is composed of a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a pleasant loggia. A cellar as well as an indoor parking space complete this property.

Quality of life & well-being
The quality of life of the inhabitants depends on the modulation of the apartments, the materials chosen, the sunshine and their views of the outside, as well as the public spaces nearby. Accessibility for all is also a priority.

Living today in the neighborhood of tomorrow!
Since when has the configuration of our cities not been rethought? Faced with congestion and environmental challenges, it has become essential to design new neighborhood models, more in line with our times and our concerns for future generations. This observation gave rise to the Gruvatiez project. Designed according to One Planet Living requirements, this neighborhood aims to be more responsible and pleasant to live in without imposing restrictive standards on its residents. Initially composed of 6 buildings (including 2 in PPE) and offering an optimal quality of life, it will continue its growth with more than twenty buildings in the long term. The neighborhood of tomorrow is born and ready to develop.
