Exemption from the law on second homes
All the flats offered for sale by Andermatt Swiss Alps are not affected by the Swiss law on second homes (Lex Weber), which limits building permits for new second homes. Owner service
All Andermatt Swiss Alps private properties, as well as the communal areas of Andermatt Reuss, such as car parks and general infrastructure, are managed by our in-house Owner Services team, meaning that homes and investments are well looked after at all times. This gives owners peace of mind when they're away for long periods.
Rental programme
Andermatt Swiss Alps offers a rental programme for all Andermatt Reuss properties, enabling owners to generate rental income when their property is not in use. The company manages the unit, taking care of the entire booking process, including assisting guests on site. Each unit is equipped with standard furnishings and Andermatt Swiss Alps determines rental prices based on factors such as location, season and competition.
